I have been eating One Meal A Day (OMAD) for 9 months. I lost 30 pounds in the first 3 months and I have kept it off ever since. My waist went from 34″ to only 28″, I am in the best shape of my life. I made a video on what I eat in my one meal a day a few months ago but it was filmed in my restaurant (which is where I eat 5 days a week) the other 2 days I eat in my office. I normally pack my pho from the restaurant and heat it in the microwave at my office but there are days where I forgot to pack the pho and I have to eat fast food. Normally the only 2 places that I eat would be Chipotle or El Pollo Loco. I like Chipotle since they use grass feed beef and real ingredients for their food (no preservatives) which how I cook at my restaurant.
The main goal of the video is to show how much food I actually eat. I think too many people think that they need to eat less to lose fat but that is not true, when fasting for long periods of time, your body will burn through all it’s glucose and will begin burning fat as energy.
I was inspired by so many videos on YouTube to try Intermittent Fasting and ultimately eating One Meal A Day (OMAD) I know I had so many questions when I first started so I wanted to make this video and give tips on how to make it a little easier and how to avoid getting hungry when only eating once a day.
