A really cool kitchen gadget where each blade is angled for optimum efficiency and are fixed to the main frame of the gadget. Each download thrust of the tendariser pushes down all 48 blades in unison into the piece of meat, while the 2 powerful springs allow the blades to return to their originally seated position.
The blades can be accessed via 3 bolts in the main housing unit, allowing for easy cleaning.
