Melt together on low heat in saucepan:
1 can sweetened condensed milk
12 oz. chocolate chips
6 tablespoons butter
1 cup flour (brown rice, whole wheat or white flour)
2 cups chopped nuts
Let mixture cool for a few minutes after mixed together until mixture thickens a little. Drop by spoonful on greased baking sheet. Cookies will spread out bigger as they bake so be sure to watch how big a spoonful you put on the sheet.
Bake 10 min. at 300 degrees. Cookie will look under cooked. Cool for a few minutes before trying to remove from cooking sheet as cookies may break apart.
Store in air-tight container. You can also freeze them.
